Filter our inventory by make, steering configuration, charging standard, and destination country. Every listing shows the FOB price plus an estimated landed (CIF) cost, so there are no surprises. What you see is what you get: listing photos show the vehicle exactly as listed. The full details of your vehicle (VIN, documents) follow once your order is paid.
Use the shipping calculator to model your exact route and shipping mode, then request a formal quote. You receive a PDF quotation with the full cost breakdown. When you are happy with it, accept it in your account and complete a one-time identity check — payment details are only shown after your ID is verified.
Pay the quoted amount into the designated escrow bank account for your country. Your money is held by a neutral third party and is never released to the seller until you confirm the vehicle. Once your payment is received, we release your vehicle's details and documents and open your order. No vehicle documents are released before payment, so everyone knows the order is committed.
With payment confirmed, the vehicle undergoes a pre-export inspection covering battery state of health, structural condition, and title verification, and we share the findings with you. We prepare the export declaration, bill of lading, and any manufacturer paperwork or certificate of origin required at destination. Your personal tracking number is created for your order at this stage and emailed to you.
Your vehicle ships by sealed container or roll-on/roll-off (RoRo), with live tracking from origin port to destination port. Enter the tracking number we email you on our Track Order page at any time — from the comfort of your home, on your phone or computer — to see exactly where your car (or each of your cars) is. We update the status ourselves at every stage, so what you see is always current. On arrival, our destination agents coordinate customs clearance. Import duty is assessed by your local customs authority on the landed (CIF) value — our calculator gives you an estimate up front so you can budget accurately.
Check the vehicle against the agreed condition. Once you confirm it matches, escrow funds are released to the seller and the vehicle is released to you or your registered agent at the port or, if you chose private delivery, we drive it straight to your address. If it does not match, you do not release the funds, and we work to put it right.
